The photo you upload
Your pet's photo is used for one purpose: painting your portrait. It is processed by our rendering partners strictly to generate your preview and, if you order, the final portrait. We keep it only as long as the commission needs it, then it is deleted. We never sell it, never use it to advertise, and never use it to train models of our own.
Previews are AI-generated
Every preview and first-pass portrait is generated by AI and then reviewed by a human before printing. We label this openly on the site (EU AI Act, Article 50 transparency).
What else we collect
If you join the opening list we store your email address for exactly one purpose: writing to you about the studio. Standard web analytics and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel and server-side events) run on this site once the store is live; a cookie banner with a real choice will ship with checkout.
Your rights
EU/EEA visitors: you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time. One email does it.
